RedHen Collective Cooperative
RedHen Collective is a feminist, worker-owned wine importer and wholesaler embodying a new wine economy based on gratitude, transparency, collaboration and regenerative ecology. We are the first wine importer and wholesaler with an ecological, economic, and social impact business model.
RedHen Collective is unique in that we pay farmers first, are structured to share equity and profits with employees, and are fueled by revenue-share impact investments of every size.
This Direct Public Offering will allow RedHen to hire our full-time team and begin importing and selling wines across California. Together, we will show the world a new business model where ecology, culture and local economies are at the center instead of the margins.
